@Delta please help. My delta flight to CHS was cancelled. I need get there by 9:00 tomorrow. There is a @united flight from EWR at 9:33. I can’t get thru to customer service. If I buy the United seat will you reimburse me? I need to head to EWR to make the flight. 🙏🛫

@PeytonWrites @clhubes This book kind of saved me when my older son was 3.5. I was at wits end until a friend recommended it to me. After I read it, I would repeat to myself, “it’s ok, this is normal” like a mantra when he was wilin’ out. 😂

@SheaSwauger Low pay / lack of pay transparency was huge for me too. I felt like I was fairly compensated, but the salary for members of my team hadn't budged for years. All my efforts to get raises, or even just find out the parameters of their salary bands, were met with stonewalling.

@berrybiblio I start with embase on Ovid for 2 reasons: There’s a 1 way crosswalk emtree > mesh, so translating the search to medline is a bit more efficient. Plus since embase tends to return more results, it’s helpful in anchoring expectations about screening quantity.

@clhubes Everyone told me that ~18 months they’d start playing together. By 18 months my older old one had moved from resentment to benign neglect. When the little one was about 2.5 they started really engaging & playing together. Took a while for us but we got there eventually!
