@vlad_mihalcea The reason people are mad is one thing that took 1% of their quota now is going to take 14%.
For example this morning this took 3 premium requests of my 300 and will take $1.42 of my $10 credit after the pricing change
@github There really isn't a value add here anymore, the cost of the tokens are the same as if I were to just provide my own keys, and I don' t have to worry about paying for something that I didn't end up using. Seriously considering jumping ship, been a good 3 years.
@ThePrimeagen Did you see that @github is screwing over all of their copilot annual subscribers https://t.co/5MSQCV9uIn and they're making you pay for action runner minutes as well as tokens for PR review and cloud agent functionality come June 1st.
If you're create a service, please, please, please don't use a decimal for account number... and then to throw salt in the wound you don't mention that in your documentation.
Thanks
Hey @ubuntu when is the ETA for .net 10 in the main repo? I've been running a lot of apt update since the release a couple of days ago hoping for it to show up.
Really neat development from the unlikely place of gaming peripherals that I appreciate:
Both my mouse (finalmouse) and my keyboard (wooting) don't ship with software but have their entire control panels and firmware upgrade system implemented as websites that use WebUSB.
So much better than shipping random always-on software that needs to be kept up to date. The web always wins.
@9to5Google@NexusBen Unfortunately I replaced my battery before they offered anything. It had a major bulge that pushed the screen off. But on the positive note, I don't have battery problems anymore.
@BrodieOnLinux NVIDIA graphics cards just have some wonkiness on Wayland. I would love for it to be on Wayland because it handles multiple monitors so much better but the paper cuts hurt
@davidfowl It is really interesting tech. Been spending quite a bit of my professional development time playing around with it and figuring out how I could apply it to my needs.
This is really cool @Philips started releasing 3d printable replacement parts. This is only one to start but it is a great direction for adding longevity to a product.
