Nothing appears to be happening to resolve it. I strongly suggest emailing [email protected] to raise awareness. If the CEO isnt interested then we're in trouble.

@British_Airways What a mess this evening. No luggage at Baggage reclaim and passengers were all being told to leave the airport as it wasn't expected to appear today. I've tried reclaiming on line and it's impossible 😪 I hope there will be a happy ending.....
