@OfficialPDC@paddypower You need to have a look at your wording. Email states 10 tickets per booking per session. Not just 10 tickets. Are you allowed to do this?
@askryanair hi, my dad unfortunately passed away and my mum is trying to get a refund for the flight he can now obviously not used but is being told that as he didn’t die within 28 days of travel she can’t get a refund. That can’t be right surely?
@askryanair Everyone on the booking still wishes to travel. It is only the passenger who is dead who we are seeking a refund for which has a separate section on your bereavement policy and mentions nothing about 28 days

@ugoabate@TalkTalk It’s a sign of things to come mate. If shockingly bad customer service is what you want then continue trying to sign with them. Otherwise look elsewhere
@JonnyP_11@TalkTalk@TalkTalk will probably charge you for a missed engineers appointment too. They did with us even though it was the engineer who didn’t show. Their customer service is terrible
@TalkTalk now being accused of lying and that we refused access to the engineer. A) why would we do that b) your records should show we rang to see why the engineer didn’t show and you couldn’t tell us why and booked another appointment. Worst customer service experience ever
