@ZachAbramowitz B/c we have no problem having expert opinions about everything, however ill-informed - even in other domains. Yet often don’t take advice from other domains well. Taking advice as well as one freely dispenses it means having a growth mindset and dialing back the exceptionalism.

@Nicola_Shaver Sad, but true. Many don’t see the incentive to seek change proactively, only when asked and pressured. Even though when tight collaboration is achieved the relationship may be stickier and less price sensitive. Moves relationship to a higher value quadrant for the client.
