@WandsworthCnstr @diamondgeezer We kayaked down the Wandle from Colliers Wood to the Thames when I was at university about 13 years ago. It was a lovely little bimble.
@harriet1marsden "Until they could walk" makes it sound like around 12mo - we carried them until ~4y, in a variety of slings. Barely used a pushchair for #2, basically only had one for grandparents to use.
@harriet1marsden Slings. Use slings. They are the best thing ever. I carried both my kids until they could walk, and it's what I miss most about them being small.
Find and visit your local sling library, and try different kinds of sling - don't for thinking Baby Bjorn is the best or only kind.
@fesshole If Tory MPs/members want to claim "the people elected Boris/Rishi" etc, what they are saying is that they interpret your vote as an endorsement of the party and its leader, not the individual MP.
Take them at their word, and vote against the party.
@southlondonscum @LukeATurner My wife and I went to see them at the Royal Albert Hall. She - not previously a Sparks fan - was most amused by the silver-haired mosh pit that formed in the stalls.
@AnthonyRuss126@sparksofficial@glastonbury@StPancrasInt This was something that struck me after the gig, as I have listened to The Girl Is Crying In Her Latte on repeat: how much they were getting their new record out, rather than relying on the classics.
Effective Java is banned in Ohio prisons! I am not making this up. Thanks to @Cidmonster and the @MarshallProj for their fine investigative reporting. https://t.co/mAqsd9ia7V
