Players get one “oops” and all are protected for lifetime of their eligibility by a coach leaving them. Players get more flexibility, coaches reel in the chaos.

Cavs outscored Detroit in halfcourt possessions (0.97 pts/poss vs 0.95). Got killed in transition and off turnovers. Same thing happened vs TOR in game 4 L (0.80 vs 0.69). Sounds simple but even if the cavs just threw the ball out of bounds on those turnovers that led to transition they prob win. If they can just moderate the TOs to season avg levels they should be ok
