Work hard, dream big and always have a goal 🚜🚜🐄🐄

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@1noeloconnor @ArableSam There's a vane of land in Kerry where this is common. I was only looking at soil profiles on a tillage farm there recently as part of a level 9 course, one particular soil profile had a layer of sand low in the profile well below the subsoil horizon. Happened during deposition.

[Sarah @sarahmcintosh46]

Group CEO of @Ryanair, Michael O’Leary telling students. A degree in agriculture science “will stand to you for life”.

“I will always interview and give someone an interview if they grew up on a farm because you know how to work and you know how to take responsibility”.

@DarraghScott @obriekp @IFAmedia @gormanifa 😂😂

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

South Tipp IFA farmers back on bridges tonight at multiple locations. Farmers saying they are sick of increased regulation, reduced supports and falling incomes. @IFAmedia #enoughisenough

[Louise Crowley @CrowleyLouise]

Limerick Farmers saying #EnoughIsEnough!

We have shown huge support for our fellow European farmers and sent a message to our government that we aren’t happy. We are frustrated and we can rally the support, even during the calving & lambing season.

BREAKING: The Irish farmers have now joined the farmers protest 🇮🇪

There's been talks of farmers being forced to slaughter 200 000 cows to reduce climate emissions.

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@ArableSam I attended one also and the h+s talk was the best part of the course. I hadn't been to one for a long time but definitely took a lot from this. The person who delivered it also was very experienced in this area and extremely passionate about it !!!

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@paudy67 @1noeloconnor I'm not sure mine is very close probably 15 or 20 ft max. The only complaint I have is it doesn't store the monthly figures you get only the records the month your in and the yearly total to date, still have to write down each month and take note.

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@paudy67 @1noeloconnor Not that I can remember, put in the batteries and connect it up to the WiFi and away it went, got nearly 2 years before I had to replace the batteries

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@MaigueRivers As a matter of interest did anyone sit down and think that maybe Halloween night may be a poor choice to hold an information night, between antisocial behaviour and the fact that many of us have young kids at home.

[Kenneth Reid @reidagri]

@DarraghScott @aidan_bren Is the kicksampling method much different now from back them, same invertebrates ???? I assume the chemical tests are much more regular and more detailed...
