After spending $1,000,000+ on static ads in the last few months...
We tested ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Higgsfield….
And pretty much EVERY tool you could use.
I’ve come to 1 conclusion:
AI CAN’T write your static ads (without this one thing)
For some context:
Andromeda completely torched the old way of running Meta ads.
The advertisers crushing it right now in the coaching, B2B, and Info space are the ones pumping out HUNDREDS of fresh creative week after week.
And almost nobody can actually produce at that speed by hand.
So by default:
• they dump their offer into an AI
• BEG it for 30 ads
They end up getting back straight slop that doesn’t work.
The reason is stupidly simple:
You gave it nothing to work from.
Every static we run starts with a brief written by hand.
The headline and the angle come straight off real sales calls.
Only THEN does the AI build the image around what we already locked in.
That whole system is the SOP I'm giving away.
Same one we run on the biggest coaching and agency clients on our books.
We built it on Manus AI (which beat every other creative tool we tested it against, Claude and ChatGPT and Higgsfield included)
Inside the SOP:
1. The static ad brief prompt we start with so the headline and copy hierarchy are locked
2. The master image-gen prompt itself. Feed it your offer plus who you're selling to and it hands back 3 to 5 dialed ads in one shot
3. Our full swipe folder of direct-response references, the headline-plus-bullets format that keeps booking calls for us
4. Our creative reference folder too, memes included
5. The one Nano Banana 2 setting you have to change
6. The test structure we actually run
Give it your offer and in a few minutes you've got a batch of statics that pass the split-second scroll test then you run them the right way and let the best ones surface.
Follow me + comment "STATIC" and the full SOP is yours.

Every ad = persona + pain point + angle + offer.
Test the offer first. It makes or breaks the account.
Then run the winner through 5 pain points, then through different formats and angles.
80% scaling winners, 20% testing.
You can now take basically ANY angle and match it with the format that communicates it best.
Failed solutions → whiteboard
Mechanism → skeleton animation
Emotional angle → paper animation
Authority → yapper / podcast
Long-form education → AI song / VSL
Etc etc.
Formulate the MESSAGE first. Then pick the format that communicates it BEST.

Things we did right when scaling IM8 #2 - FUNNEL VOLUME
There are 2 concepts about funnels you need to understand if you want to scale aggressively:
1. TAM - how many different angles you’re running to how many different customer avatars. This determines how many people you can sell to.
2. Funnel congruency - making sure the angle matches from ad to all pages after the ad (you can’t talk about one pain in the ad & another in the pre-sell page for example). This determines the CVR of each funnel you run.
So if you want to scale fast, your goal is to run as many angles as possible, to as many different avatars as possible, so you capture as much TAM as possible.
& then for each angle you run, you need a separate funnel to maximize funnel congruency.
Which is exactly what we did with IM8…
We’re currently running over 50 different pre-sell pages with different angles.
Each time the media buyers tested a new angle & it got good CTR & CPC, we made a pre-sell page with that angle.
(the images you see below are some pre-sell pages from IM8 so you understand what I mean with “different angles”)
So here’s how you can do this for your own brand:
1. Create ONE pre-sell page that outperforms your PDP on cold traffic. I recommend you try to get a listicle to work here since they’re faster to duplicate for different angles.
2. When you test angles in your ads & you find a winner, note down the angle.
3. Copy-paste the winning listicle line by line, & change as little as possible to make it congruent with the new angle (so that you stick to the winning format).
4. Repeat
I understand if step 3 is a bit abstract so here’s a clearer breakdown of it:
Your winning listicle will have benefit sections, unique mechanism sections, objection sections, social proof sections, etc.
You keep all of those in the same place as the winning listicle, but you change the content within each section for the new angle.
For example:
If your original listicle had the benefit “no more groggy mornings”, but your new ad angle is all about gut health, then you’d change that benefit to something like “no more [whatever major gut problem that avatar has]”
& so on.
Same with the structure within each section:
You keep the order the same within each section (maybe it’s “reveal underlying problem -> explain solution -> tie that to product’s ingredient”), but you change the words so that it matches the pains/desires/objections/beliefs that come with the new ad angle.
& of course you change the headline of the listicle as well.
Gonna keep this series rolling so stay tuned.
