@micahjay1 Also, industries that charges a % on a large number (finance, credit cards, real estate) are a cash cow. Psychologically people prefer to part with a % than make a fresh payment. The hardest check to cash is an invoice. Hide the same amount in a transaction fee and you’re golden.

@micahjay1 Because getting paid a % on an absolute number (housing) can mean very differing things when that number is $200K v $2M. The whole industry is so dated & “gatekeeper” inefficient, it is nuts. We refuse to give up $100K+ in margin and will self list.
