Weird to be insulted by talented, knowledgeable coworkers that didn't earn a degree/certs. Some people excel within structured training programs, some don't.

If you can't identify talented, knowledgeable people in the hiring process, degree or not, get a better hiring process

@RobertFTheisen @crash0ver1d3 @strandjs I have a degree and probably 10+ certs. Yet you are saying that I should work alongside individuals who have neither. It's insulting. Again you never see this debate in fields such as medicine or law, yet for some reason people think it is acceptable to lower the bar for infosec.
