@SjorsScheres@biorxivpreprint 2) the relion5 UI screenshot implies single GPU use. Could the training of 2 halfsets be run on 2 GPUs? Could the particles be split into even more subsets and the results be combined?

1) how does the accuracy for coarse motion develop over iterations? would it be feasible to run few iterations to inform local masking for multibody alignment?
