Phone system takes forever because it always prioritizes voice input, even if you've used keypad input for every previous step. In my case that was necessary due to microphone issues, but what about folk who are non-verbal?

Good grief. I didn't think @GetSpectrum could get any worse as far as hostile customer experience is concerned. I was wrong. Billing website (& app) have been broken for well over a month.

Hey @SP_EnergyPeople, when someone contacts you to say "Hey, you're sending billing statements to the wrong person", is it normal to still be receiving such statements more than 3 months and multiple messages like this later? IMHO, it shouldn't be.

@Irishchick5682 Nope. I'm right with you, but I've never been able to justify the benefit I'd get over the cost. Especially knowing that unlike a regular watch where I might get a decade of use, a smart watch would likely only last about 3 years before battery or obsolescence issues start.

In reference to the previous retweet, my kid has been repeatedly told by folk in authority at the school level and higher that she shouldn't be bothering with Robotics and Science (both of which she loves - aside from some of the Math).

@bexxi @DifficileE It was apparently a night for weird dreams. I was a teacher with a closet instead of a classroom and a feeling of growing dread because grades were due and I hadn't given any assignments!

(Of course, it could also be that they don't care as long as there are eyeballs on their advertising.)
