Came to NYC for EthConf, forgetting the Knicks had Games 3 & 4 at home.
Walking through Manhattan... the saxophones started getting louder.
Knicks pulled it off! Stay safe in NYC tonight 😭
EthConf NYC, its was great!!
AI systems are moving from output generation to autonomous action.
That creates a new infrastructure problem: verification.
Yet another day at ETHConf in New York meeting builders to show off how they can use Proof of Quality to add verifiable review to AI workflows.
AI is advancing faster than verification.
As agents gain access to wallets, files, and workflows, the key questions become:
• What trained the model?
• Who validated it?
• Can it be audited?
Trust will be foundational infrastructure for the agentic economy. @BuildOnSapien
Built and open-sourced Mogkit over the weekend.
It's a collection of PM workflows, frameworks, and operating patterns I've been using myself.
Discovery.
Strategy.
Roadmapping.
GTM.
Stakeholder management.
Help yourself mog the PM you were 6 months ago.

attended a pm in the age of ai panel during TTW yesterday.
one thing that stayed with me was how much pm taste matters now. also reassuring to hear experienced operators say that adapting early and staying close to the technology matters more than ever.
a pm panel last night mentioned that selling/gtm skills are becoming a superpower for PMs.
made me think back to high school, standing for hours selling soap and bracelets at trade shows. honestly, those hours probably taught me more about people than anything else.
@francescoswiss@karpathy Stack is pretty simple:
- Obsidian vault, git-synced so the whole team has it locally
- CLAUDE.md at the root defines folders + read/write rules
- raw-sources/ is append-only (calls, research, decisions); wiki/ is Claude's write zone
- /graphify builds a queryable knowledge graph
@francescoswiss@karpathy i’ve actually been doing something similar internally.
published a shared knowledge repo that the team can access, and everyone pulls it into their own local setup/workflow. it’s been great for keeping knowledge accessible and making sure the team stays on the same page.
The market is flooded with "we're building an Al agent" teams with no clear buyer or differentiation. What's scarce: infrastructure for verifying, governing, and holding agents accountable.
Come find us at @consensus2026 in Miami from May 5-7 where we will share Proof of Quality with even more builders!
This year’s event brings together 20,000+ leaders across digital assets, AI, and institutional finance, with verification & security as a big focus.
Agents are moving from demos to decision making, and money is moving with them.
Our Product Manger Ali Malik spent the week at ETHCC Cannes speaking with builders across AI and web3. One theme came up again and again: agentic systems are entering real workflows, and payments are becoming part of the stack.
That shift raises a bigger question. What happens when an agent can act, spend, approve, or transact at scale?
The missing layer is equally clear: trust, privacy, and proof around the decisions these systems make.
As agents move into workflows with real cost and real consequence, verification becomes a product requirement. Proof of Quality gives teams a way to add credible review and verifiable quality to those workflows.
Good morning from San Jose!
At @NVIDIAGTC, the focus is rightly on faster inference, agentic AI and physical AI.
But as systems get more autonomous, one question matters more: can you prove an output, eval, or dataset should be trusted?
That’s the question we’re here to ask.
landed for nvidia gtc and went straight into ai builders night with docker and clickhouse. great start to the week!
big takeaway: the bottleneck is shifting from building intelligence to making agents reliable, observable, and safe to run.
