My flight to Tokyo was cancelled by ANA & rescheduled by 2 days. Simply asking to shift my travel insurance dates (Certifcate no. - 500073732 ) accordingly. Both companies blaming each other & I am left with no coverage. IRDAI complaint filed

Initimation of cancellation by airline - 2nd June
Reissuance of ticket done on - 3rd June morning for 5th Jun

Polict start on 3rd but what is my mistake in it.

[phone] I got call from this no. today morning. I was sleeping. I guess it was from MMT .. I tried calling but unable to reach so … reached customer care as well they have no clue though. pls ask the concern team to call and pls resolve my insurance issue.

I took travel insurance at the time of Booking flights . Your customer care person says - u have paid premium to @makemytrip , they will help we can’t do anything. I have kept call recording for the same. This was really disgusting.
