However doesn't seem to be a moat. Other tele-health companies can easily step into this space with enough $$$

Also their App/online reviews are also notoriously bad, which could hint at low customer retention

$SPCE folks, the S-3 was filed on 5/28 and just went effective today. Shouldn't have been a big surprise for people. Morgan Stanley also highlighted it on 6/2. Wonder if Social Capital is selling shares related to private warrant exercise.

I suspect investors are pricing in lower Bamlanivimab revenues, and the uncertainty of 1404

1404 remains on target on timeline as it is going through accelerated clinical trials
