Women's safety means noting to @Uber_India@Uber_Support.They think it’s a joke. Another incident: we asked the driver to take a left twice, he didn’t, crashed the car, then sped off with me and my mom begging him to stop. He halted only when I opened the door—and then argued.
Amid all this, he demanded payment—for what? Rash driving? Harassment? If not for my mom’s quick thinking to call the police, I don’t know what would have happened. If I had been alone, I don’t even want to imagine.
And I know what happens next. Uber already called. They’ll say the driver is suspended, but soon he’ll be back as a partner, harassing someone else.
It's high time apps like @Uber_India, @UberIN_Support@Olacabs, @rapidobikeapp stop making women safety a joke.
Hey @myntra, you just delivered a wrong order and took extra money. And the fun part, as a customer I can't contact you because there's no such option on the app. Care to help?
Can @rapidobikeapp get any worse? The don't have quality app, there customer service is barely attendable and worse to worse is this sort of reply to a serious safety breach.
Hi @rapidobikeapp, I booked an auto, but after I told the fare the driver refused, got abusive & dismissive. As a woman this feels unsafeluckily near my office, but what if elsewhere? Not the first time. I want a formal complaint & if not action, to speak to a senior.
I was nearly in an accident thanks to the rash driving of the driver. You made me pay 300+ to someone who nearly killed me how is this reasonable?

Driver took a wrong route, argued, my elderly mother was with me. He said “jo karna hai karlo.” We had to get down midway. Shockingly, none of the Uber app’s emergency options worked. A rep called later, but is this what safety looks like to you?
@letsblinkit, this isn’t the first time your Bistro delivery partner has refused to come to the 5th floor despite no building restrictions. Today again, he made excuses and asked me to come down, but I ended up cancelling. I lost my money. How is this acceptable?
