24 सितम्बर 1959 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने Punjab National Bank Ltd. vs. Its Workmen के मामले में दिए निर्णय में स्पष्ट कहा:

"जब मामला चल रहा हो तो नियम नहीं बदले जा सकते। ID Act 1947 के Section 33 के अनुसार Status quo जरूरी है।"

फिर अभी PLI कुछ लोगों को ही क्यों?

यह सीधा भेदभ��व है, ID Act 1947 के Section 33 का उल्लंघन है। इसलिए ऐसा PLI आदेश गलत, गैरकानूनी और असंवैधानिक है।

Wage Revision of GIC. They are not happy!
Their revised Basic Pay starts from just, mere Rs.82845/- for Asst Managers (as against demanded 125000/-).
They say it is far less than LIC which is Rs.88635/-.
Wish them the best!

By the way PSBs, backbone of the economy. Every policy and programme of Govt implement by them.
They are getting huge Basic of Rs.48,480/-. So huge that Bank Officers carry salary in gunny bag.
