After blood donation energy is needed to coverup the deficit. W8 gain is deposition of fats in the body and its due to excess calories intake

@Iftikhar_hyder @AfrasAliIbrahim @AminJanjua445 ہم خون عطیہ کرنے کے بعد معمولی سی کمزوری جو کے روز مرہ کے کاموں سے ہو سکی ہے، اس کو بھی سمجھتے ہیں کہ یہ خون دینے کی وجہ سے ہے۔ اور اپنی خوراک کے ذریعے اس کمزوری کا مقابلہ کرتے ہیں۔ میں خود ڈاکٹر بهی ہیں اور ڈنر بھی ھو۔ سائنس کے مطابق وزن کم ہوتا ہے۔ اور میں نے خود آزمایا بھی ہے۔
