This beatiful trial demonstrated the safety and preliminary efficacy of a combination regimen for advanced soft tissuse sarcoma.
Many responders were ASPS and UPS, however this combination still seems promising and pragmatical in daily practice.

What might 1st line bladder cancer treatment look like if the upcoming R3 ADC, targeted and ctDNA trials are +ve with OS? There would be a move away from chemo/platinum eligibility, less reliance on radiology and more personalised treatments (ctDNA/FGFR). ADCs will be prominent.
