DAY 4 – STILL AWAITING A SUBSTANTIVE RESPONSE FROM HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA
Despite detailed corporate escalations sent on 26, 27 and 28 June 2026, and despite Hyundai India's public request for my details, I have still not received any substantive written response, case ownership, or confirmation that an independent Corporate Technical Investigation has been initiated.
As a loyal Hyundai customer for the past four years, my concern is no longer limited to an intermittent AC issue. It now concerns contradictory technical findings, warranty handling, transparency, customer grievance management, and the absence of timely corporate intervention.
I respectfully request @HyundaiIndia to assign an independent Corporate Technical Investigation Team, preserve all technical evidence, and provide a written response.

The only detailed response received so far has been from the authorised dealership, whose contradictory technical findings are themselves the subject of my complaint.

My Hyundai Creta's AC issue was reported immediately after service. I was repeatedly told "No Fault Found." After persistent follow-up, a component was replaced under warranty—yet the defect continues.
Now, contradictory technical explanations are being provided, raising serious concerns about the quality of diagnosis, warranty handling and customer grievance resolution.
I have requested an independent corporate investigation and written assurance that my warranty rights will not be prejudiced by repeated unsuccessful repairs.
