@Gasolinux@CFC_Ali10 Kick-off times for the 2014 World Cup were 17:00, 20:00 and 23:00 BST, and that was only for the group stage, after that, all games were either at 17:00 or 21:00.
I know I’m not the first to say this, but seriously, these World Cup kick-off times. A midday KO in California just about works for a European audience, but who exactly is a 9pm local time KO in Boston for exactly?
@ChrisMartin_93 It’s all run by a Russian-based crypto scam. Dig a little deeper and it links to a very convincing BBC News website and article. All very sinister stuff.
@GalDavies1986 Challinor having never managed in the Championship might have been deemed too much of a risk to take at this stage. TM must’ve been given some serious reassurances by the incoming CEO to return. I for one am excited
@SMMiller14@ShaunPendlebur2@TheRobsonator93 I’m genuinely excited about this. A great man manager with a steady pair of hands and plenty of experience, who’s proven at getting the best out of young players. Challinor would’ve been interesting but maybe his lack of Championship experience was deemed too risky
@GiallorossiBlue You appear to be forgetting the part where we offered O’Neill a very good contract, but NI bettered it, so he chose them over us. It’s not like we got rid of him. Although a surprise appointment, TM provides stability and a huge amount of experience.
@TheRobsonator93 He’s a well-liked, influential manager who was brilliant at nurturing young players. I’m excited to see what he’ll be able to get out of Guðjohnsen, Jørgensen, Ohashi, Morishita etc
@TheRobsonator93 I wouldn’t call that ‘ending badly’ though. I honestly think this is a shrewd appointment, and one I suspect the new CEO had a quiet hand in. TM would’ve been given plenty of assurances from the club too before signing
