The reason @CoPRUllger will make the time to present all of his @RGPolice with their medals is because he understands ‘how to lead’. For the ‘many’ leaders that opted for ‘medal by mail’ what was it you were ‘leading’ that was a greater priority than recognising your staff? 👮🏽‍♂️👍🏽

Having served in the emergency services for a minimum of 5 years, nearly 190 RGP officers are entitled to receive the Queen’s #PlatinumJubileeMedal.
Today @CoPRUllger presented the first of several groups with their medals at NMH Police Station.
