Spent 4 months and built Omi for Desktop, your life architect
It sees your screen, hears your conversations and tells you what to do next
It’s like having a second brain that actually pays attention

Hybrid Agentware would replace all of the admin backend of a piece of software with a set of instructions. So you just tell the agent what you need to set up and the agent sets everything up directly in the database.
You want to set up a new client in a piece of CRM software. There is no back-end to do this. You just tell the agent the client name and it goes, does the research and pushes the information directly into the database.
It's a recognition that you can flip back to things being done manually, but instead of being done manually by people, they're done manually by agents. It's a system administrator model where the administrator is the agent.
If Andrej @karpathy coined “vibe coding,” I’d like to coin what comes next.
I’m calling it "Agentware"
Vibe coding is about using AI to help you write software.
Agentware is about realizing you often don’t need to build software at all.
You create structured intent: folders, markdown instructions, data, and wrap it all up with a readme in the root.
Nothing runs on its own.
It only works because an AI reads it and executes the process.
The AI is the runtime.
The README is the program.
Documentation becomes executable.
Vibe coding leveraged AI to do things the way they've always been done.
Agentware is a recognition that we no longer need to do things that way.
What if AI could tell you how to be a better person?
In this week’s episode of This New Way, AI expert Rob Williams shows us the cutting-edge tools he's using—including one that gives him daily feedback on how empathetic he was in conversations, and another that builds custom dashboards and games while he talks to it.
We dive into:
– Claude Code and the future of software without apps
– Personal AI workflows that replace a week’s work with a few hours
– The tradeoffs of full-on ambient AI... and why Rob believes we're heading there fast
Thanks for joining me on the show, Rob!

Recently, I’ve been speaking to Ticketing companies… they’ve spent the last 30 years enhancing Bot protection… it’s hard to persuade them that very soon, most of their sales will come through bots… in fact the web will be a tool used by AI’s to extract information… 1/2
OK, Claude Code, 3 weeks duration Probably about 3 full days of development.
All sound effects and art were AI generated.
All ideas were my own, AI was the developer but I was in full creative control with no AI generated Ideas.

@sama there are roles you need that you have not yet defined and probably cannot advertise, I would like to talk/help/dream/usher in... How do I get involved...

@geoffreyhinton as a 50yo AI consultant, living near Hamilton, who moved to CA from the UK... I would love to buy you a coffee some time and chat about ways to better shepherd in this new era on the ground... working with a lot of Canadian orgs and would appreciate a perspective
The most impressive AI tech I’ve used to date is @AnthropicAI Claude 3.5 Sonnet with Artifacts, seriously, try it! You can build a one page, self contained app to solve any business need in minutes… #techto
Hey @YouTube for some reason my YouTube channel has been taken down and my YouTube account is gone! All I had in it were my keynote talks and consultancy videos, and a few reviews and things? Nothing contentious… but I can’t find out why it has gone? Can you help?
@TeamYouTube It’s really weird, I cant access my YouTube account at all? The best I can do is this link to one of my talks, that no longer works https://t.co/paWvHv3pzW
@FalconeerDev firstly, I’m loving Bulwark :) awesome sandbox that meets all my city building needs without any of the frustration. Any thought on what you’re going to add over the next few updates? Any high level roadmap? Or ability for us to suggest or vote?
