@GatwickExpress how do I go about claiming a refund for my ticket? I was due to travel back on the Gatwick express today but the services were cancelled. The only way I can see is to claim for the full ticket which is not the case as I was about to use the first part

@British_Airways Your sorry isn’t good enough when it feels like you’re treating your Scottish passengers like second class citizens. There was plenty of space left in the hold when we walked past yet one bag was just left in Gatwick. I will be unlikely to book with British Airways again

@British_Airways you really need to rethink using Emerald Airlines for your flights. Got to Glasgow to find out one of our cases have just been left in Gatwick. The excuse? ‘Because of the size of plane they couldn’t fit all the cases’ Absolute joke!
