@txsalth2o@Gr8ter_is_He You wouldn’t need to stay in as long to get core temp up in water and also it’s been shown to produce more sweat. It may or may not be as good as sauna but there have been studies showing similar benefits and there are cultures like the Japanese who regularly hot bathe
@fweng_chung@TakeThiamine Grass fed dairy I buy from doesn’t have carageenan in the chocolate milk which results in the cocoa sinking to bottom and you have to shake it which I’m perfectly ok with. I usually just get their 1% milk and make chocolate milk instead though
@fomocapdao Maybe this will move people to the crypto that doesn’t have token approvals or allowances. Where tokens act more like you would expect them to be and not balances on smart contracts
@SccmSimon@BhavanChand I’ve read the synthetics are good to start with but do the naturals for a more lasting effect because they contain a more complete profile with other amino acids. Have you found those synthetics to have a lasting effect between cycles?
@jonnytoshi@BasedBiohacker I bought yourprotocol versions but just now realizing natures marvels are a lot cheaper for the original 10 day cycles than the lower dosage monthly cycles
@jslater92@bitcoinpanda69@bryan_johnson Tried to find this but looks like he’s been doing 200 for the most part. He’s just recently been doing longer to get his body temp higher. Lower temps I’m sure is fine just have to stay in longer
@CalebDebates @_ZacharyMiller@uncledoomer Just looked at the european whole food ones and they really don’t look much different anyways. Still have soybean oil and sunflower oil
@WGmybro @ajmahler@PGC1a_RB I did 10g/day for a little while when I had liver/ gall bladder pain which it seemed to clear up pretty quick. Cut back to 5-6g haven’t had an ill effects but I probably needed the higher amount for a little while.
@SSavson@_christian_2000 Ah yes of course I just had balanced diet on my mind. I actually don’t get enough now myself with my current milk heavy diet without much red meat especially since calcium is an iron antagonist
