something that's not talked about enough:

when you take on any leadership role and especially community leader ones, you are subject to being a huge surface area by which people project their disowned parts & mom-dad issues. I know because i've done and still do this unconsciously.

good leaders spend a significant time clearing their energetic field, managing their own projections, & holding but not taking in the projections of others. the best leaders, love unconditionally and raise the consciousness of others while staying grounded in their energetic core.
