@hillarysblinds So you think withholding my ยฃ600 for 3 years is acceptable? That Iโve had to send over 40 emails, been passed around, that over hours and hours of phone calls is acceptable?????? Iโve had to fight to get this done !!!!! Or do you make it a habit of keeping your customers money
@hillarysblinds After 3 YEARS of chasing with 50+ emails, over 2 hours of calls, and time taken off work, I finally received my full refund. But when I asked for goodwill to compensate for the stress and effort, I was told nothing more would be done.

Over the course of 3 years I was told I had received full refund even though I provided bank statements over and over again. You kept my 600 pounds over 3 years !! Is this really how you treat customers after such poor service?
@HMRCgovuk I am being invoiced over and over again for a late self assessment fee that doesnโt apply to me. Iโve called and have been on hold for over 30 mins. I canโt get through to anyone. This is RIDICULOUS customer service
