just delivered the first version of a new gym product to a gym owner who stays near me

just looking at this reaction and his happiness in using this product was such a great feeling

it’s giving me more and more energy to build

the whole time I kept doubting this space, users can’t pay much, there will be churn, how will I scale it … so much thinking even before releasing it to 1 free user, like bro 😂

even while building it I kept thinking of scale, but this time, I was like it’s okay. It’s GOING to be shit. Just try to make it less shit.

It’s a lesson multiple people have told me and is in so many books. But, this is the first time, I’ve followed it and felt good at the end of it.

i’m sure next time, I’ll over engineer again lol. it’s just the dumb engineer in me.

my house help was complaining that the spoons keep falling out of the drying tray

spun this up in auto cad in 30 mins, 2 iterations later, so proud of this. looks native
