This is to inform you that you have pathetic customer care service. The Aquaguard installed at our home 4 months back suddenly stopped working. Since it’s not a storage one we immediately had water crunch. We logged complaint on 8th March evening

sometime. Nothing happened. 

Now looking at this kind of pathetic customer service, I no longer want this water purifier. Kindly pick this up from my home and refund my money. I don’t want any kind of service or repair facility from your disgusting organisation.

@makemytripcare 1 month already passed and you are still waiting for reply from airline. Do you have any tracking mechanism? Can't you proactively act and close like you charged amendment fee when it's against airline rules.

@makemytripcare I am highly disappointed with this response. Do you expect me to chase airline. You have charged amendment fee on behalf of airline. You should own this and refund the amount in coordination with airline. Otherwise what is the point in booking using MMT

@makemytrip Hi Team, Trying to contact you via webchat, call, emails since past 1 month but it seems your customer care services are suspended. I had amended my spicejet flight booking within 24 hours of booking. As per airline policy, no amendment fees should be charged.
