Late last night, the anti-corruption bureau caught Keesara SI while taking a bribe of Rs 5 lakh on the instruction of the CI.

The bribe was for granting a station bail.

After the news of the arrests of CI Anjaneyulu, SI Jnanendra Reddy, locals gathered and burst firecrackers in celebration.

Anyone who went to the station with a complaint was apparently made to bring biryani and cool drinks. They were apparently tortured for bribes and threatened with consequences.
