@TimHortons So, after re-hashing the details we're back at square one - right where we were in May. #CustomerServiceFail

[Roland O'Leary @rolandoleary]

@TimHortons - not sure where else to get someone's attention on a service issue from back in May. Submitted details thru the app (#9211738, #9735616). Wasn't a huge issue but there's been no resolution, the escalation path has been "oh well" and now it's dragged on for months.

@oakley for a heads up as to how retailers are shipping your products :/

[Roland O'Leary @rolandoleary]

@SportChek your shipping materials leave something to be desired. Also, the time savings of online ordering goes away when you need to go to a store to remove the security tags...

@sanmehat Stadia photobomb... and some movin melodies. Recipe for a good morning.

Hey @amazonca @AmazonHelp, please fix your handling of apostrophes... there are lots of us out here rocking them! #websevices

@hudsonsbay DM sent with info.

[Roland O'Leary @rolandoleary]

@hudsonsbay Order delivered wrong item. Returned and repurchased, sent correct item with missing paperwork and refunded wrong order amount (short ~$200). Attempted to resolve via call center - supervisor following up has not contacted in over a week. Email undeliverable. Help?

[Roland O'Leary @rolandoleary]

Hey @canadapostcorp / @canadaposthelps these come in a hard sided mailers for a reason... Please stop folding them in half to cram them into the superbox.
