For some single AGI/ASI system to be harmful to humans over a long horizon, it would have to
- execute in a way that we can't switch it off
- have control over money / resources

In a run-away scenario, even if it used self-custody crypto wallets, the execution of the single, super instance should be stoppable by pulling the electricity or internet.

I'm curious about agents that run on a decentralised consensus mechanism.
