🔥UPDATE: The Fed just changed the game for crypto payments 🎯
Gov. Waller's new "skinny master account" framework means:
→ Stablecoin issuers can access Fed rails directly
→ Crypto payment companies cut out bank intermediaries
→ Faster settlements, lower costs
→ Legitimacy: Fed actively supporting crypto integration
Companies like @Ripple, @Circle, @Anchorage have been fighting for this for years.
Now there's finally a pathway. This is how crypto becomes infrastructure. 💸
🚨 JUST IN: $220 BILLION has flowed back into crypto markets post-crash
ETF catalysts driving institutional appetite while retail piles back in. Despite Clarity Act uncertainty in Congress, the market is speaking loud and clear.
Recovery mode: ACTIVATED ✅
⚡ BREAKING: China Won’t Ban Rare Earth Exports - What This Means for Crypto
Major relief for crypto and tech infrastructure:
China just walked back doomsday scenarios - rare earth exports will continue if applications meet regulations. They’re “willing to strengthen dialogue” on supply chain stability.
IMPACT ON CRYPTO:
✅ Mining hardware production can continue (with oversight)
✅ No immediate supply crisis for ASICs/GPUs
✅ Data center equipment supply stabilizes
⚠️ Expect more bureaucracy + potential delays
⚠️ crypto and key tech sectors may resume a positive market
‼️*** THIS IS A CALL TO ACTION ***‼️ Many will scroll down and dismiss this, but for those who will take a moment, it could be life changing.📝👇
While the @SenateFinance on October 1st has come and gone, we can still make our voices heard. No, not through changenow, but by picking up our phones...
As we know, they had meetings on the tax provisions for crypto. Nobody to my knowledge was their representing the actual crypto users except maybe @SMQKEDQG and their concerns or demands. This needs to change moving forward...
Nobody is talking about this and it needs to be discussed. How will we become the crypto capital of the world with a capital gains tax, when other smaller countries do not even tax their citizens' for crypto? As you know a capital gains tax will create an accounting nightmare, as well as hamper adoption. Imagine no capital gains tax on your crypto earnings, I wonder what that would do for quicker adoption? Eventually people must begin to think about this and after laws are passed, it will be too late. The new financial system needs crypto, so we should have a voice.
While there are great people in this space who have given the education needed to be able to put things together and think farther down the road, we all have a responsibility to make it possible for people to be able to survive the new banking system and the coming AI robotic revolution. The government's own research says 80% of the jobs by 2030 will be done by AI and robotics.
5 jobs for every robot if I remember correctly. Crypto will be a life changer for every person on this planet one way or another, however for the poor or elderly with or without assets it will be drastically different. Why would anyone be charged for crypto tax when they lost their job to a robot, maybe the corporation who replaced them with a robot should pay a tax for that offset?
A community member recently wrote me the following:
"I have spoken to several elderly and discussed some of this and all almost immediately recognise they will not be able to navigate the new crypto banking system. The goal cannot be to just send crypto to the moon, many will be destitute or preyed upon due to lack of resources and knowledge. I ask for Influencers/educators such as yourself and Jesse to pivot and address these issues, months from now will be too late. I intend to contact Jesse of @APEXCONSULTNFA and others as well. Those within our community can and should stand and fight this fight, for ourselves, the elderly and those who have no idea what's about to happen. I would love to see 20k people contacting the Senate Finance Committee pushing the same narratives/ Imagine the Senate and the House phone systems shutting down due to the amount of calls. The lord has brought all of this into my mind and heart, so I must talk about this and bring awareness to these issues while there is still time. I have included the Senate Finance committee list. I ask for your assistance."
