@JasonMarder I also find that starting with the user problem, and ensuring that the perspective is kept top of mind for all team members, helps create community not only amongst your users, but also amongst the teams building the solutions. It becomes the rallying cry

Prioritizing speed to deliver *something* over time needed to do the research? Trying to apply “old school” solutions to “new school” problems? Not enough advocacy for design thinking in web3? (there’s barely enough in web2)
