that's one of those contractions where spelling it out (with "had") sounds like someone's ESL and hasn't learned which words are customarily shortened, OR is using a dialect I regard as "posh" (not necessarily a good thing)

I don't WANT this much caffeine in one place, but my other OTC options for dealing with ADHD are chocolate (sugary), tea/caffeine (bulky liquid), and soda (has both problems!)

@HamzzaAhmed2 I've called ringgit a "buck" before, since the numbers in MYR prices are close enough to USD prices (especially when it's food), and "buck" is slang anyway

weirdly, I don't really do this with TW dollars, or baht, or yen. probably because the numbers end up very different
