Well today’s the end of an era, retiring from full time work after almost 47 years, including 45 years of those in healthcare. Started back in 1979 in mental health at St Matthew’s Hospital in the UK (a former county lunatic asylum, how things have changed since then), moved to Australia in 1986 and concluding at @jewishcarevic today, after a very enjoyable, fulfilling and enriching career. More travelling now as Jacquie and I begin to enjoy retirement together. Thanks to so many amazing colleagues for your camaraderie, friendship and inspiration over almost five decades. Extra special thanks to my amazing wife and beautiful daughters for supporting me throughout and thank you to all my mentors. Shout-out too to Jim Collins @level5leaders as a constant source of #GoodtoGreat inspiration along the way. The many faces and places of an amazing era are captured here. Never knew where St Matthew's would take me and feel so privileged to have had these opportunities. And yes, would do it all again ! But for now, Boards and some consulting with #Acumenity and very happy with that. Now here's to the next 50 years 😀 Happy Easter too !

We’re aware that the national @Optus outage may prevent some Optus customers from being able to access triple zero (000) in an emergency.
Optus customers should use alternative networks, both mobile and landline, when calling triple zero (000) until the outage is resolved.
A range of free counselling and support services are available for anyone impacted by the recent accident in Daylesford. More details are available on the Central Highlands Rural Health website.
