@BootsHelp you are refusing to refund me for items that were a health & safety risk. I returned them to you by post, so you have the items & my money. Is this right @MartinSLewis
@BootsHelp I have returned items to you that were a health & safety issue. You have not refunded me or sent a replacement but instead send me automated messages to say I should return them! I am now taking this matter further as you have breached Consumer Protection
@BootsHelp I returned several items back to you on health & safety grounds. I have not received any replacement, refund or correspondence from you. You have charged me for goods I no longer have. I have contacted you in writing & not heard back. Is this acceptable?
@BootsHelp I have just received my Boots order by DHL & theyve repackaged the parcel & it is contents (including consumables) are soaking https://t.co/BQ5X0ipuba of your agent said I should return the items with the enclosed form. There was no form as DHL repackaged the items.
Am I supposed to consume vitamins covered in an unknown substance?! Is this safe? I’m furious as I paid for expedited delivery and now can’t event return the items.
@BritishGas had one of your engineers visit the property & they’ve claimed it’s “inaccessible”, so you’ve changed the price of our cover.This is untrue as we’ve had Homecare/engineers visit for many years & no one else has said this. Reporting to BBC Watchdog & Trading Standards
@VeryHelpers I have done this several times & still you refuse to assist me in this matter. I was informed following a Webchat that an investigation would be raised & you would contact me directly. This isn’t customer service, it’s delaying or pushing customers into submission.

@VeryHelpers I requested an order be delivered yesterday as I was at home. It was apparently delivered today & to a non existent neighbour. I am furious as where is my order?!
I’d prefer to highlight that your courier didn’t deliver on the specified date despite paying for expedited delivery. & then chose to deliver to a property several doors away rather than my house where my terminally ill mother & siblings were.
@EastMidRailway Hi my Trainline e-ticket wasn’t loading when the ticket inspector came & he made me purchase another ticket. Now I have 2! Is it possible to get the EMR refunded? I didn’t appreciate being treated like a criminal by him either.

@DarentValleyHsp my mum is on one of ur wards & repeatedly asked for a commode to be told, they are short staffed. She ended up soiling herself & the floor. Now the staff are taking out their anger about having to clean this up on her. What are your Trust values?! #PatientSafety
