The kind of stuff that could give false credence to stories of Africans riding lions, massaging hippos or swimming with juvenile crocodiles in fast flowing rivers
@RailwaysUganda That's the point James. Automated gates activated and de-activated by the very train would solve the problem. Even casual movie watchers know about this. How about our political leaders and professionals running the railways corporation!! We can do much better than this!
Flights ✈️ to From Uganda ,southsudan & DRC have been banned from the UAE 🇦🇪 starting 6th June today !!!

Cross border solidarity?! A first in Africa! What would happen, for example, when riots spill over more than one border; when ordinary people take matters in their own hands?? Anarchy, would be a gross understatement, Armageddon would be more like it!!
The cost of intransigience and an outlaw mentality that often whispers to whoever cares to listen: "munakolaki (what can you do to us)? Nature, the cold hand that serves retribution and providence, whispers back: "kikyo" (there you go). It's the proverbial grass often suffers!
@CapitalFMUganda Whoever argues that homicides involving firearms should be tried in the miltary courts, should consider the case of the US where cloae to 50,000 people are killed by handgun wielding criminals. None of the suspects is court mashalled. Let the court mashall not be bastardised!
@kingkenedycar@DailyMonitor Same thing for EFRIS. How do you explain that tax related matters, including securing TINS and tax returns can be done on the URA portal, but someone will tell you for EFRIS we need "obuuma"? What's so special about EFRIS that one cant use an App? Same for enumeration!!

@dfkm1970 Owekitiibwa, the Israel/ Palestine conflict is a sociopoltiical, spiritual and philosophical black hole. Justice Ssebutinde knows this but acted in spite. It is a poignant reminder that there comes a moment when, if all else fails, we are bound by the tapestry of our humanity;
@nbstv@sheilakawamara The most logical thing would be to ensure all vehicle owners install vehicle tracking devices then link them to a central monitoring centre. The tech is available literally at every street corner. Lets license and do accreditation for local companies and get the job done.
The most logical way to deal with vehicle tracking would be to urge ordinary vehicle owners to install car-tracking technology. The tech is available at every other street corner in Uganda. Let's license and undertake appropriate accreditation and get the job done.
