@makemytripcare Please note it’s a full refund of 61267 INR I am concerned about bcz till now I have received only 1249 INR which is only MMT convenience fees and everytime I call make my trip customer care the agents say they can’t give the details for 61267 refund and it’s in process.

@makemytrip I have not seen such worse services .I had a failed bookings and supposed to get full refund but it’s 20 days post my booking cancellation and when I call make my trip they keep saying it’s in process without giving me any details.

@makemytripcare This is my booking id NN7U939WD3V5629G6224 for which PNR was not generated at airlines end due to some technical issues and when I call, ur agents keep giving false promises that I will get refund and it’s in process but never give details of the refund amount
