@GregLehman I see many people w/ varying degrees of pain & functional issues. With that said, I think a flawed understanding of pain & not knowing the best course of action leads to stagnation & lack of direction, which is a culprit.

@tomgoom Thoughts on Chuckwaipong's 2008 CORR article suggesting that there's no need to distinguish b/w zone 2 & 3 in terms of management. Pretty infographic as usual, Tom.
@BlueSpotScience I think this is great and encapsulates a ton of information. I think you could improve it by showing that RPE is more curvilinear than linear especially as you get to higher ends of the intensity spectrum. Look forward to seeing the final version.

@Alan_Couzens Thanks so much, Alan! Love your work. I developed this RPE chart with my buddy @michaelhenryio It was also part of this article that appeared in Outside on Friday. https://t.co/2Bq7VMrZqG
@sweatscience Reminds me of the work by Bangsbo on "potassium pump" training. As the saying goes..."the best training is that which you are not doing." Nice writeup
Are you sure assessing stops you from guessing? I think most clinical "functional" tests really tell us nothing about a runner's pain or function https://t.co/tUIez9qfJT
