@CoachDistance 3mn, 2mn, 1mn with 1mn between each rep. Usually do 3-4 sets in the 1st or 2nd week of the season. Sometimes I turn it into a ladder 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1. Very adjustable to fitness level.
