We have a paper coming out in Nucleic Acids Research https://t.co/NBdVRjX01s, introducing a new algorithm designed to detect homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) in low tumor purity samples, such as liquid biopsies. More info in the thread. @NAR_Open @broadinstitute
