@MahaCyber1 No matter what I do, your portal just does not let me log my complaint. Why do you make it so difficult to even report a scam caller? I removed all special characters, made sure it's > 200 words but no luck. Please simplify the process of reporting if you're serious about reducing crime. This should be an easy fix.
Of course I took the journey because @Cleartrip would not have borne the cost of my extended stay in a foreign country, esp when they can't even compensate for their own wrongdoing. The case is open since May 24. Here, my Emirates reservation and the subsequent complaint. I'm just trying to be understanding and cooperative. Just like you :)
Thank you @Cleartrip for offering to generously compensate for fraudulently selling me an @emirates ticket for a @flydubai flight. However, I'd like to donate the amount, which you said will be 50% of the convenience fee, to your Cust Support head. Please buy 'em some goodies.
Thank you for at least acknowledging, after 2 years, that there was a difference in the listed airline and the operating airline. And no, it did not create any confusion, it created a "deficiency in service." Cos the displayed airline was premium while the operating one was budget.
Like I said, it's like you showing me a listing for a BMW. I pay for it and order it. And then you deliver me a Nano saying "sorry for the confusion" because the actual car being sold was a Nano. And thank you, but please donate the 50% convenience fee refund to whoever in the management is responsible for this failure to address a customer's grievance.
@Cleartrip I'm not asking for an apology. I'm asking you to reply to my question. Why did you list, on your website, a flydubai flight as an Emirates flight? That's all I want to know. Emirates has clarified that it was always meant to be a flydubai flight and CT listed it as Emirates. Why?
@Cleartrip The question is, why did you list a @flydubai flight as @emirates? I still have a copy of the ticket you have issued which states I was booked for an Emirates flight. Why won't you accept your mistake? Or was it wilfully done to dupe customers?
@Cleartrip@flydubai@emirates Of course, you can get away with this. This is India. The govt doesn't care. @jagograhakjago will not penalize you. The legal process is complex. But I just wish @Cleartrip had a conscience. It's been 2 years since my complaint and now you offer me 50% conv fee refund? Rs.300?!
@Cleartrip@flydubai You wrongly listed a @flydubai flight as @emirates. I booked it thinking I was going to fly Emirates. Just because I took the flydubai flight, which is no match to the service and quality levels of Emirates, does not waive off your responsibility to fulfill your promise. (3/3)
@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
yest @flyspicejet canceled a DEL-BOM late night flight 4 hours prior to departure due to 'operational reasons' why can't you hold them accountable? why no compensation to passengers compelled to book last minute costlier flights or a hotel as a result?
@MahaCyber1 Your Mumbai team got a court order and froze 10 lacs that were taken by scammers from my 75 yr old father's account. @ICICIBank refused to honour court order to refund frozen funds saying they have refunded another victim. Is this legal? Can I challenge the bank?
@i_amsriram23@StanChartHelp I have stopped using my stanC credit card. One which I regularly used for 12+ years. Because their service became so terrible. Couple of times they added incorrect charges of 6000 and were prompt to reverse them but what if I hadn't noticed!
@GoDaddyHelp Your chat now has never showed a button in years. No email. Can only call your "award winning" support redundant IVR flow. Not sure if the award was given by your own HR because they are generally clueless and keep me on hold for several minutes for every response.
@airindia@raoamitkumar_@TataCompanies please read the comments. There is anger and hatred for your airlines. And this is not a one-off case. No customer care, no empathy, it seems worse than when it was being run by the government. Is this how you want to carry forward the legacy of Ratan Tata?
@priyarajputlive It was the same thing with me. Scheduled AC service from @urbanclapaee (long time back). They ran up a humongous estimate. I sent them back without service. No cancellation charge as I booked cash. Local AC guy did it at half the price. No more Urban clap for anything.
