The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

This is genuinely disturbing.. I feel very angry
but I want to share something..my experience has been completely different. Not every man or boy behaves like this.
Hundreds of men in my DMs have genuinely thanked me, supported me, shared helpful tips & tricks on how to grow, & given real guidance.They’ve been respectful, kind, & even follow back. No one has ever misbehaved. To all those genuine men..I want to give you a big shoutout. Because of men like you, we girls feel safe, valued, & happy interacting online. Thank you for restoring our faith in good people..It’s important to remember that the loud, creepy minority doesn’t represent the majority. Most men are decent, & when good men actively show respect and support, it makes the online space much better for everyone !!
