Today's meetup @rust_nyc x @OpenAI is awesome 😎
Two Rust-AI hybrid talks are fascinating. @StatisticsFTW Barnum, in the first talk, is an interesting and emergent AI coordinating embeeded language implemented in Rust.
@PredragGruevski talk turned Rust perf optimization story into an epic adventure! And Codex is your helpful friend to harness the power of unsafe.
Thank Rust NYC for this memorizing event!!
Amazing talks at #RustNYC by Paul Brody, author of Ethereum for Business (https://t.co/lZuB4wyAhF) and (on short notice, what a champ!) Bruce Langley (https://t.co/fdiMyjv18G) of https://t.co/ATwD0g0Z4Y
We haven't done many crypto events... great to see the meetup grow! 🤩
Great to be part of this #RustNYC panel — the Rust community keeps growing.
I wrote up my full thesis on why Rust's strictness is exactly what makes it easy for AI agents: https://t.co/Wv4Q8L26Yg
@ashbenen Yes!! 100%. Once tooling gets better, restrictive types and strictness (broadly defined) are what will enable LLMs to move fast without requiring human input
Thank you everyone who made it out to #RustNYC unconf!! The largest free @rustlang event in history, and (afaik) the largest rust event in NYC history!!! Y'all are the absolute best 🫶🫶🫶
Just wait until next year. We got big plans
