@Penrhyn_ @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK Did you eventually get your baggage? They did that with us when they knew there was no flight back, waited 5 hrs at the airport with no info, then they sent us to hotels for the night eventually flew back 24hrs late.

@MMA_Stig @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK I’m suppose to be going again with them next month, tried to cancel or move it to next year, but can’t as it’s within 10 weeks. Dreading it might just lose the money and not bother going! 😩

We were delayed 3 hrs then once we were on the plane we were delayed another hour with very little information from the crew as to why. Luckily we did have a TUI cabin service food/drinks I have seen other airlines TUI are using don’t.
