While this is true, T-rump is setting up a false narrative to call the 2026 elections fraudulent, declaring Marshall law, to take over ballot counting in states he loses. He said today that CA's primary election is rigged & CNN, ABC & other news outlets are part of the fraud.

Trump lost EVERY federal court case trying to overturn the 2020 election because when his legal team went into the court room and faced perjury charges, they caved.

Public statements by Trump attorneys alleged massive fraud, yet when they were in court, they declined to make those same allegations or acknowledged they were not bringing fraud claims.

Even Trump legal member Sidney Powell said in a March, 2021 court filing regarding Trump and the Trump legal team allegations that the 2020 election stolen:

“No reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact.”
