I've received numerous screenshots like this, and seeing my name at the top honestly got me so emotional. I've spent years trying to become really good at this one small part of the mortgage business.

I can't explain how much it means to have that work recognized this way. As a small business owner, I am competing against industry titans.

Yesterday was the first day I had been genuinely happy in a long time.
