@VFSGlobal the new US visa appointment website is really horrible.please fix the issues as soons as possible. This is unacceptable given the amount that applicants charged. There are so many issues around scheduling with depedents. The support is so slow to respond...its worst

When you want schedule along with your dependents it is hell...I have spent at least 40 hours just trying to make an appointment, waiting for support to answer questions.the website timing out every 5 minutes. This is such a shame given the prestige that US embassy commands

@USAndIndia The new visa appointment website is the worst website there is. Given the number of applications and the amounts charged for application one would expect a better service. But VFS global is not providing even mediocre services. The support team responds after an hour

Did you guys also resume 221g processing? According to US embassy delhi consulate resumed , please let us know the status and what will be the order of processing people are waiting from 10 months, please look at those backlogs first.Thank you!
